All items are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Oshawa, ON **.
TRANSIT / DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED including for free, flat rate, premium or expedited shipping. Transit times may be affected by Canada Post or courier service interruptions, labour disputes, inclement weather, holiday volume, etc.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA):
Shipping charges are calculated based on published Canada Post shipping rates from our warehouse in Oshawa, ON. If you select expedited shipping at checkout, your package will ship expedited parcel and you will receive a tracking number when your item ships. If you choose "Free Shipping (No tracking provided)" at checkout, your item will be sent standard letter mail and you will not be able to track your order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA): **
To ensure delivery of your order in a timely manner, we exclusively offer paid shipping for orders shipping outside of Canada. Shipping charges are calculated based on published Canada Post shipping rates from our warehouse in Oshawa, ON, Canada.
We are not responsible for taxes or duties that may apply to orders shipping outside of Canada.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, or due to an insufficient, wrong or incomplete address, the purchaser will be charged the additional cost for shipping the order to its proper destination (even when the customer selected free shipping at checkout). If we are unable to reach the purchaser after an item is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the original order cost minus the cost of shipping (even when the customer selected free shipping at checkout).
